General Terms and Conditions

Lisa.B.Designs is based in the UK using a secure web purchasing system from a leading e-commerce company. None of the information detailed in our General Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may not be able to accept your order, or some items within your order, in advance of despatch on account of:
  • We are unable to deliver to your area or address.
  • Processing or authorisation of your payment failed.
  • An error in an item's stated profile, pricing or specification.
  • Other reasonable causes or difficulties unforeseen at the time of ordering.
In such circumstances we will contact you by email or telephone. If payment has been taken we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date you place your order.

Goods remain the property of Lisa Baker trading as Lisa.B.Designs until paid for. Savings quoted (eg. RRP.) reflect the cost savings on multiple purchases and/or identical items available from retailers.

Lisa.B.Designs endeavours to maintain the accuracy of description, specification and pricing within this website but reserves the right to not except orders on items where errors occur.

Lisa.B.Designs shall have no liability to you for delay in delivery, failure to deliver goods, damage or defect in goods delivered caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; including, but not limited to, industrial action, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident, force majeure, terrorist acts or war.

If you do not receive goods ordered within 30 days of the ordering, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within 60 working days of the expected delivery date. If you notify us of a problem our only obligation will be, to make good any missing items, to replace any goods that are damaged or defective, or to refund the amount paid for the goods. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill), howsoever arising, out of any problem you notify to us under this condition.

Payment Policy

Goods will be despatched on clearance of payment. Goods can be paid for in cash and collected from my home by prior appointment.
